IBERICO COPPA STEAMED BAO

Servings: 3 | Prep/Cooking Time: 15 minutes

INGREDIENTS:

3 bao buns
10-15 thin slices of Fermin Iberico Copa
Honey sriracha aioli (you can also combine honey, sriracha and mayo)
Picked cucumber & carrots (white vinegar, honey, salt and pepper)
Toasted sesame seeds
Chives

PROCEDURE:

  1. Add the thin slices of coppa to the bao.
  2. Combine the pickled veggies and the toasted sesame seeds and add to the bao.
  3. Drizzle the honey sriracha aioli.
  4. Finish with a few pieces of chives or micro greens.

NOTES:

Enjoy with a Cava, a Riesling or cold and fruity Sake.
