INGREDIENTS:

Fermín Iberico Coppa (3-5 slices)
Heirloom tomatoes (different styles and sizes)
Watermelon, cut in small cubes
Fresh Arugula
Fresh Mint
Microgreens
Extra Virgin Olive oil (to taste)
White balsamic vinegar (to taste)
S&P
Pistachios, crumbled

PROCEDURE:

Combine all the ingredients and enjoy!
