INNOVATING WITH TRADITION AND SUSTAINABILITY

At Embutidos Fermín, tradition and excellence have been the cornerstones of our success since our founding in 1956. As a family-owned business deeply rooted in our community, we have continually evolved to meet the demands of a modern market while staying true to our core values. Our team is not just a workforce; it’s a family. Many of our employees have been with us for over 20 years, hailing from the same town, sharing a deep connection to our heritage, and embodying the passion and pride that go into every product we create.

In our latest endeavor to align our production with the principles of sustainability and environmental responsibility, we are proud to announce the installation of solar panels at our facilities. This initiative is not just a step towards reducing our carbon footprint but also a reflection of our commitment to adopting responsible business practices.

The integration of solar energy will enable us to generate a significant portion of our electricity, leading to substantial cost savings. However, beyond the economic benefits, the adoption of solar power will significantly reduce our greenhouse gas emissions, contributing to the fight against climate change. “We want to be a company that our employees, customers, and partners can look up to with pride,” says Santiago Martín, General Manager of Fermín. “Our goal is not only to produce high-quality products but to do so in a way that protects and preserves our planet.”

This solar energy project is just one of many sustainable initiatives we plan to implement in the coming years. We are exploring new ways to reduce waste, improve energy efficiency, and promote sustainable practices throughout our production processes. By embracing solar energy, Embutidos Fermín is not only securing a more sustainable future for ourselves but also inspiring other companies to follow our lead.
